30-Day Window

Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Email us at janeymackwriter@gmail.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll send return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order — limited runs sell through quickly, so this is the fastest way to lock in your size.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
